The Woodstock
Little League will compile six all-star teams that will compete in the
Illinois District 13 Little League All Star Tournament. Woodstock will enter All Star teams for the 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13-14 year old
groups. A 7-8 year old tournament team will also be playing in a post season tournament in Huntley.
The selection process for the all-star teams consists of player team managers nominating players on their teams
for all-star consideration. The managers then vote on the nominated players that they believe should be included on the team. The players receiving the most votes
are placed on the all-star team.
The 7-8 year old tournament team and 9-10 all-star teams held tryouts in addition to manager nominations.
We want to congratulate all of the all-star and tournament team players and wish them luck in their games.
