2011 Candy Sales

Once again this year Woodstock Little League players are selling candy bars to raise money for the league. Funds raised by candy bar sales help the league purchase uniforms and equipment and keep registration costs down. We want to thank all of the kids who participate in this fundraiser! Be sure to support them when they knock on your door.

To encourage sales, the WLL is having a competition which will recognize the players that sell the most candy. All players should check this page for weekly updates on who the leaders are. This will allow you to track your progress against everybody else's. Good Luck everyone!

Note players receive a $10 rebate from the league for each box of candy that they sell after their third box. For example, if a player sells 5 boxes of candy, he/she will receive a check for $20 from the WLL ($10 per box for boxes 4 and 5).

Remember that Candy Money is due on your team's picture night (either April 26 or 28). You owe the league $52 for each box of candy that you took. Write a check to Woodstock Little League for the entire amount that you owe. The league does not want to collect the cash you received from selling the candy. If a player sold more than 4 boxes of candy, they will receive their rebate check in the mail.

If you have any questions or want more candy please contact Jay Nerland by email or phone 815-621-8590.
