2012 Registration & Fees
On-line registration is offered this year!
Walkup Registration for the 2012 season will be offered at the Woodstock VFW
during the following times:

Woodstock Girls Softball will hold registration at the same time.
Players who plan on participating in the candy bar selling fundraiser must pickup their candy at general registration. This includes players who registered on-line.
Players who do not register on-line must complete a registration form and medical release form and turn it in with their payment during one of the walkup registration times. Challenger Division Players must fill out the registration form for that division.
Players must reside within the Woodstock Little League boundaries to be eligible to participate in the league. Review the boundary map to verify a players eligibility.
Players will be placed into a division based on their age as of May 1, 2012. See the age determination chart to see what division a player will be placed in.
Players may make a special request to play up or down a division. Requests will be made on a case by case basis and will be based
solely on playing ability. For details on making a special request, review the
player movement request form. Players must make this request by
emailing or calling Rick Reuter (815) 354-6969. Players must also attend a mandatory tryout, the date is still TBD.

| Registrations performed on-line are charged an additional $5. This charge pays
the credit card processing fee. It does not go to the league.

| Non resident players are charged an additional $20. Players who live outside the Woodstock City Limits are considered non resident players. This charge helps offset the field fees incurred for non resident players. |
| Players are expected to participate in our fundraiser. Players not participating in the fundraiser are charged an additional $75. |
| Familes with multiple players in our league will receive a $20 discount per player. |
| Players registering after January 29th will be charged a $25 late fee. |

to fill out and download the forms. New players to the league must supply a birth certificate as proof of age.
Late Registration can be done on-line after January 29th. Any registration received after January 29th is considered late and the player has no guarantee of being placed on a team. Late registrants will be placed on a team only if there are positions available. This is done on a first come first serve basis. There will be an additional $25 late registration fee.
