2009 Registration & Fees

On-line registration is offered this year!

General registration for the 2009 season will be performed Saturday, January 31st, and Sunday, February 8th, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at the VFW.

Registration can also be sent in via mail. Mail in registrations must be received by February 8th. If you would like to register by mail, send in all completed forms and payments to:

Players who plan on participating in the candy bar selling fundraiser must pickup their candy at general registration. This includes players who registered on-line or by mail.

Players who do not register on-line must complete a 2009 registration form and medical release form.

Players must reside within the Woodstock Little League boundaries. Review the boundary map to verify a players eligibility.

Players will be placed into a division based on their age as of May 1, 2009. See the age determination chart to see what division a player will be placed in.

Players may make a special request to play up or down a division. Requests will be made on a case by case basis and will be based solely on playing ability. For details on making a special request, review the player movement request form. Players must make this request by emailing or calling Rick Reuter (815) 354-6969. Players must also attend a mandatory tryout, the date is still TBD.

League Fees are as follows:

These fees reflect a player who is participating in the Little League fundraiser by selling at least 2 boxes of candy bars. Add $75 to the registration fee if the player chooses not to sell candy.

For families with more than one player in Little League, a $10 discount is granted to each player’s fee. For example, say a family has two players, an 8 year old and an 11 year old. The 8 year old is selling candy but the 11 year old isn’t. The fee for the 8 year old is $55 ($65 - $10 discount). The fee for the 11 year old is $145 ($80 - $10 discount + $75 for not selling candy). Payment can be made by either check or cash.

If a parent would like to volunteer they must fill out the volunteer form. If a parent is interested in managing or coaching they must fill out a coaches application. Contact the VP of the league that you are interested in managing or coaching in for more information:

Late Registration can be done on-line or at SportsCity Academy after February 8th. Any registration received after February 8th is considered late and the player has no guarantee of being placed on a team. Late registrants will be placed on a team only if there are positions available. This is done on a first come first serve basis. There will be an additional $15 late registration fee.
